How to Make Bacon Fried Rice

To make this easy Bacon Fried Rice Recipe start with a large wok of skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon until it is just crisp, remove from pan and drain grease. Add the beaten egg to the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove the egg from the pan.

Pour in the sesame oil and cook the onion, celery, carrots and peas until they are tender and the onion is translucent. Once these are all cooked, add back in the bacon, egg and finally the rice. Fold everything together until it is well combined. Season the rice with soy sauce and enjoy!!

This is a simple recipe and can be made with a variety of vegetables. Some that we like to add are green peppers, asparagus, green beans and even Brussels sprouts!
