The easiest and quickest way to make fresh cranberry salsa in right in a food processor. Place all of the ingredients right into the container of your food processor.
Pulse the blade until all of the cranberries are chopped up and all of the ingredients are well combined. This will only take about 30 seconds, making this a quick and easy recipe to throw together.
How to Serve Cranberry Salsa
Once the salsa is all chopped up in the food processor, it can be served, or you can let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors marinate.
To serve this easy holiday appetizer, I like to take some room temperature cream cheese and spread it out onto a serving platter. This is easy to do with an icing spatula or even just a butter knife. I feel like spreading the cheese out makes it go a little farther, because can take smaller chunks of cheese when scooping up some of the salsa.
Spreading the cream cheese out on the serving platter also makes it look a little more festive and fancy, than just pouring the salsa over a block of cream cheese.
Once you’ve got that cream cheese all spread out, spoon some of the salsa over the top. If you are traveling with this salsa, keep the cream cheese and salsa separate in an airtight container until just before serving.
