This Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate Recipe is so rich and creamy!! A cup before bed will make you all set for a long winters nap!

Ingredients
- 12 Cups 1 % Milk
- 3 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 14-ounce cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Pour all the liquid ingredients into a slow cooker and wisk to combine. Add chocolate chips and turn slow cooker to high. Allow the hot chocolate to heat on high for 2 hours stirring occasionally until all the chocolate has melted and is heated through.
- Serve on its own or with whipped cream and mix ins of your choice.
