Air Fryer Potato Wedges are seasoned perfectly and cooked to a golden crisp in the air fryer. Served with a tangy greek yogurt dipping sauce, they are the perfect dish to serve as a side dish or tasty mid-day snack!

How to Make Air Fried Potato Wedges

This is a simple recipe, using simple ingredients that yields big flavor and crunch. The best way I have found to make potato wedges in the air fryer, is to first slice the potato into 8 equal wedges. Start by slicing the potato in half, then slice each half into 4 wedges.

In a large bowl, drizzle the potato wedges with olive oil and season each side with season salt. Place the potato wedges into the air fryer and set the temperature to 400ºF. Cook for 10 minutes, remove the basket and give it a shake to rotate the potato wedge. Replace the air fryer basket and continue to cook for an additional 8-10 minutes. The potato wedges with be crispy and golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients Needed to Make Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Just a few simple ingredients are you are enjoying golden, delicious potato wedges! What you need for air fried potato wedges:

  • 1 large russet potato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon season salt

Ingredients Needed for Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce

This Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce is the perfect addition to these air fried potato wedges!! All you need is the following:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons plan greek yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Mix all ingredients up in a bowl and serve with your warm potato wedges.

Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 1 large russet potato, cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp season salt

Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Wash and slice potato into 8 equal wedges. In a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix around with hands to coat evenly. Sprinkle with season salt, covering all sides. 
  • Place all 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400ºF and the timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes shake the basket to rotate the wedges and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until golden brown. 

Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce

  • While the wedges are cooking, in a bowl combine ketchup, greek yogurt, vinegar and seasonings. Stir to combine.

Can I make these Potato Wedges in the oven?

If you do not have an air fryer, you can definitely make these potato wedge in the oven. Prepare the potato wedge the same with the olive oil and season salt. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and covered with cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes, turning half way.
