This requires simple ingredients
- Red Leaf Lettuce
- Romaine Lettuce or Green Leaf Lettuce
- Ripe Pears
- Cashews
- Dijon Mustard
- Olive oil
- Green Onions
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Honey

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Onion
Salad Ingredients
- 1 Head Red Leaf Lettuce
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Ripe Pears, cubed
- 2 oz Asiago cheese, shaved
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Cashews
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small jar with a lid and shake to combine completely.
- Chop washed lettuce into bite size pieces. The pear can be thinly sliced or chopped into cubes. Shave the Asiago cheese with a vegetable peeler to make thin slices. Add the cashews.
- Pour the dressing over the combined salad ingredients and toss to combine.
